In order to commend the advanced and motivate the team, Rongtua Shipping Group once again launched its annual outstanding employee selection in April, when the spring is warm and the flowers are blooming.

The selection event is organized by the South Korean branch of Rongtua Group, and the venue is arranged in Jeju Island where is picturesque with pleasant climate. The group leaders, branch office managers, department heads, and outstanding employee candidates arrived at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Jeju Island on April 18th.

As the scale of Rongtua continues to expand, the staff team is also gradually growing. In the challenging year of 2023, Rongtua people were not afraid of difficulties, demonstrating professional qualities and a spirit of hard work in their respective positions, and a group of excellent role models have emerged. Through intense selection, candidates from 15 departments will be ultimately shortlisted for the selection of outstanding employees.

At this selection meeting, candidates will report their work achievements over the past year through speeches, followed by department heads’ supplementary speech helping soliciting votes. The attendees are full of anticipation and confidence, preparing for the fierce competition with their hands clenched.
