On the morning of March 8th, HG HAMBURG, one of the new environmental protection series ships of Rongtua, was officially named and delivered in Zhoushan. Leaders and representatives from Rongtua Shipping Group, Zhoushan COSCO Shipping Heavy Industry Co., Ltd.（Zhoushan CHI）, Bank of Communications Financial Leasing Co., Ltd.（BoCom Leasing）, Liberia Flag State, Bureau Veritas of France and other parties attended the ceremony.

This delivery is the first of two new environmental protection series ships built by Zhoushan CHI. The new ships in this batch are all 63600 DWT bulk carriers, named HG HAMBURG and HG BREMEN, respectively.

This new ship is classified by BV and meets the Energy Efficiency Design Index Phase III (EEDI III) emission standards set by the International Maritime Organization (IMO). This ship type is a brand product launched to meet market demand, with advantages such as low-carbon, energy-saving, environmental protection, and high efficiency. It plays a significant role in promoting the optimization and upgrading of enterprise products, and moving towards green, intelligent, and high-end goals.

The broad road ahead, forging ahead, is currently in a major opportunity period for the development of the marine economy, and the shipping industry has broad development and cooperation space.
